Thanks Lorraine, but my dignity is gone

MY family organised a surprise 50th birthday party for me and it was fab.

Andy Gray was a great compere, Babs Rafferty performed a song in French and Ricky Ross and Lorraine McIntosh sang Deacon Blue hits.

But it was even better for my pal Bob Brannan who got to sing Dignity with Ricky on the piano. He had the cheek to tell Ricky he was getting it wrong, even though he wrote it.

Much drink was taken and I got to my bed at 6am.

Now I know what it really is like to be 50...aaaargh!

I've been in recovery all week.
