I WANT to send a huge shout out to everyone who gathered for the world's biggest coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Nurses on Friday.

Kilmarnock FC hosted a great event and helping out was the lovely Marlene Smith, wife of SFA boss Gordon.

In a world full of oppression, war and the horrors of the nightly news it's good to know something as simple as baking scones can make a difference.
