Jamie Oliver is a man with a mission in this new series which aims to stop people eating ready meals. He visits Rotherham and recruits selfconfessed "junk food mum"

Julie Critchlow to help teach a group of non-cooks to cook quality meals from scratch.

HEROES (Wednesday, BBC2,9pm)

It's a TV treat for fans of the cult US sci-fi series which is back for a third season and we learn who shot Nathan. To pave the way, BBC2 also screens interviews with the stars and takes a look behind the scenes of the series in two extra shows - Heroes Countdown and Heroes Unmasked.
