PAUL WELLER is planning two major shows for Scots fans. I can exclusively reveal he has confirmed the gigs at Aberdeen Exhibition Centre on October 13 and Glasgow's SECC the next night.

The Modfather, who is heading for the charts with impressive new single Echoes Round The Sun, will also give fans a sneak preview of the CD with low key dates at Motherwell Civic Theatre on May 14 and Dundee Caird Hall the following night.

He wrote the song - on double album 22 Dreams - with close mate Noel Gallagher.
