Stop The Carnage - Emma Foster

Emma was 19 when she was killed.

She was a volunteer for the Red Cross charity shop and had just announced her engagement to boyfriend Jonathan Gray,24, when they were both killed in a crash.

Their friend Stuart Johnston, 24, also lost his life when driver John Wells hit them in his Ford Escort on the A947 Fyvie to Turriff Road in November 2005.

Emma's parents, of Silverhillocks, Banffshire were outraged when the judge dropped Wells' dangerous driving charge.  He was fined £2000 and banned for three years after being convicted of careless driving.
