LIB DEM leader Nick Clegg bungled when he forgot to mention the SNP in his nuisance phone calls to Scottish voters.
The Lib Dems blitzed 250,000 voters with a recorded campaign message from Clegg.
But his message failed to mention the SNP, who won last year's Holyrood elections and are frontrunners to win the Glenrothes by-election.
In his message, Clegg said: "If the general election were held tomorrow, who would you support?
"Press 1 for Conservative, 2 Liberal Democrat, 3 Labour, 4 Undecided."
The SNP said Clegg's gaffe made the Lib Dems a laughing stock north of the Border.
