Falkirk sex slave boss sent back to China

A CHINESE vice queen who sold a sex slave has been booted out of Scotland.

Li Zhang, 47, was deported to her homeland after being convicted of running a brothel in a Falkirk flat.

The illegal immigrant admitted the offence at the town's sheriff court before being sent to Dungavel detention centre in Lanarkshire.

UK Border and Immigration Agency officials refused to comment but an insider confirmed she had been sent back to China.

Zhang was busted as part of Operation Pentameter 2 - a UK-wide crackdown on international sex trafficking.

Another Chinese woman, 39, was rescued from the flat in the town's Queen Street as Zhang was arrested last December but she fled to London.

Sheriff William Gilchrist told Zhang: "Your status as an illegal immigrant is up to the immigration services."

She was deported despite claims last week China refused to accept the return of illegal immigrants. A UK Border and Immigration Agency spokesman denied the claims.
