Exclusive Cheerio, Cheerio Cheerio...dancer's Pot Shot At Rangers Lover As She Announces Their Split On Net
THE gorgeous WAG of Rangers star Charlie Adam has announced the pair's split on her Bebo site - by branding him "a fat, dark ginger with no teeth".
Dancer Carrie Gemmell, 27, has split with the midfielder... and if her homepage is anything to go by, it wasn't exactly amicable.
Instead pride of place is given to an outburst from the former cheerleader which reads: "WARNING TO ALL YOUNG WOMEN ALL OVER... avoid a fat, dark ginger with no teeth 'n' thinks he can play football.
The message ends: "lol (text-speak for laughs out loud) he's single NOW."
A source close to the couple said: "Carrie didn't take the break-up very well and there's now a bit of bad blood between them.
"Charlie wasn't happy when she wrote nasty things about him on the internet.
"The players regularly tease each other and Charlie has been on the receiving end because of the gaps between his teeth. His ex-girlfriend slagging him off on her Bebo page was the last thing he needed.
"They say there's no fury like a woman scorned and this was a classic example of a woman getting her own back."
Adam, 22, and stunning blonde Carrie, who was a cheerleader for the Scottish Rockettes basketball dance troupe, dated for almost a year and went on foreign holidays together.
Smitten Carrie, of Knightswood, Glasgow, even posted photographs of her famous boyfriend on her Bebo page before their relationship turned sour.
Friends say Adam dumped Carrie after a string of rows.
He was furious when he learned of Carrie's internet attack and demanded that it was removed.
The Ibrox hero is regularly the butt of his team-mates' jokes because of his gap-toothed grin.
Dundee-born Adam was at the centre of controversy last month when he was caught driving his powerful BMW 4x4 without a licence or insurance.
Adam, who has also played on loan for Ross County and St Mirren, is out of first-team action with a knee injury.
Carrie declined to comment when approached by the Sunday Mail. Adam was unavailable for comment.
