Victoria Morrison
ANOTHER ex of Rangers love rat Allan McGregor broke her silence yesterday to tell how she was beaten up outside his live-in lover's lap-dancing club.
Victoria Morrison was rushed to hospital after being attacked outside the Seventh Heaven club and blames pals of McGregor's partner Bronwyn Campbell.
The 20-year-old student claims the Old Firm star begged her not to go to the police but then broke down in tears when he saw pictures of her battered face.
Victoria was enjoying a night out at the club in Glasgow where Bronwyn, 28, was a manager.
She was approached by the blonde Canadian who warned her to stay away from her man.
Victoria, who had been seeing McGregor for months but thought he was single, was confronted by four other women as she left the club.
The social sciences student and part time cosmetics seller, from Bishopton, Renfrewshire, said: "I had been seeing Allan seriously for almost a year and had no idea he had any other girlfriend.
"As far as I was concerned I was his partner. I didn't know anything about Bronwyn until that night. One of the girls at the club had spotted me out with Allan before and asked me if I was seeing him. I said yes.
"Then as I was leaving Bronwyn came right up tome and said I should leave Allan alone because he was her man.
"Some of the girls and the bouncers were trying to get my phone to see if there were any texts from Allan on it but I hid it.
"When I got outside, four girls and a man jumped me from behind. I hit the ground straight away and as I tried to stand up, they knocked me back down.
"My hair was being pulled and they were kicking and punching me. I tried to putmy hands up to protectmy face but it felt wet with blood."
Part-time model Victoria was taken to a friend's home in Bishopton where her dad - a former policeman - arrived to take her to Inverclyde Royal in Greenock.
She suffered a head injury, sprained ankle, split lip and cuts and bruises to her legs, hands and face. Despite protests from family and friends, Victoria was adamant she did not want to report the December 2006 incident to police.
She said: "I was too scared of the repercussions. I spoke to Allan the next day and he made me feel as though it was all my fault. He said if I went to the police it would come back to haunt me because they would do a lot worse.
"I was devastated. I felt totally betrayed.
"My friend Lynsey was so disgusted she sent him pictures of my injuries.
"He phoned me back crying and told me he thought I had just been 'slapped about a bit' and didn't realise what they had done to my 'poor wee face'.
"I met up with him at Gleddoch House hotel in Langbank the next day where the Rangers team were staying and I laid right into him.
"He admitted he was with Bronwyn but said things weren't going well with her when he met me.
"I should have walked away but I did keep up some contact with him."
After being introduced to Allan by amutual friend in July 2005, they began dating regularly and by February 2006 were a serious item.
Victoria said: "That was when he told me that he was in love with me and I was the only one in his life.
"He said he wanted to be with me for the rest of his life.
"He was very generous and bought me a Dolce & Gabbana watch and gave me s1000 towards a holiday in Ayia Napa, in Cyprus, with friends but that wasn't why I was with him.
"He bombarded me with texts 24/7 and said he wanted us to move in together. I'd stayed at his flat and drove his Range Rover when he was abroad.
"He met all my friends and my mum and dad. We were just a normal boyfriend and girlfriend as far as I was aware. Now I just want to put all of this behind me."
McGregor, 26, dated a string of beauties behind the back of Bronwyn - who dumped him earlier this month.
She left their s920,000 apartment in Glasgow's west end and claimed to be pregnant with his child.
His tangled love life emerged after we revealed last month how he was spotted hand-in-hand with gangster's daughter Stacey O'Donnell, whose dad is jailbird pimp Hugh O'Donnell.
We also revealed McGregor duped FHM High Street Honey Clair Meek from Kilmarnock, telling her he had split with Bronwyn but he was also seeing at least five other women.
In the wake of the lurid revelations, acid was poured on his s120,000 Bentley outside his flat last week.
McGregor insists part-time model Leah Shevlin is now the only woman in his life.
The Ibrox star said last week: "I'm happy now. I've met Leah, we're going out together and get on really well."
