Fair Care Call Over Drug Addicts
DRUG addicts are entitled to the same level of care as everyone else, says a report to be published this week.
The study by the Scottish Advisory Committee on Drug Misuse has already been welcomed by community safety minister Fergus Ewing.
He said yesterday: "Substance users have the right to the same care and treatment as the rest of us and shouldn't be treated as second-class citizens."
