SCOTLAND star Alan Hutton is making another big-money transfer - by snapping up a £3.3million mansion.
The 23-year-old ex-Rangers defender is buying the six-bedroom villa from Dutch football hero Edgar Davids after joining Tottenham Hotspur.
The property could have come straight from the set of Footballers' Wives and includes its own golf driving range in the back garden, five living rooms, six bathrooms, a cinema and games room.
Hutton, who earns £30,000 a week, will count former boxer Lennox Lewis and Chelsea star Ashley Cole as his new neighbours in rural Hadley Wood, Hertfordshire. He will live in the house, called Anjoli, with his pregnant fiancee Kylie and their toddler son Loui.
The house is guarded by two wroughtiron fences and its massive driveway is perfect for the star's two Bentleys and 22-year-old Kylie's Range Rover.
The Scotland right-back is expected to line up for the London club against Chelsea in today's Carling Cup Final at Wembley.
A friend said: "Alan was reluctant to move to Spurs because he was anxious about uprooting his family.
"When he eventually made the move he was determined to get them settled as soon as possible.
"His new home really announces that he has hit the big time and the area is like a Who's Who of sports and TV celebrities.
"The deal to buy the house hasn't been finalised yet but it isn't far away. He and Kylie were blown away by it."
Dutch midfielder Davids paid £3million for the home when he joined the London club from Inter Milan in 2005. He left to sign for his former club Ajax in January 2007 but only put his English home on the market towards the end of last year.
Hutton was tipped off about the stunning house by one of his new team-mates and was quick to meet Davids' £3.3million asking price.
The star also had to stump up almost £200,000 in stamp duty.
It is worth amassive 900 per cent more than the house Hutton shared with Kylie and Loui in Newton Mearns, near Glasgow. The couple paid around £400,000 to live in the Mearns Wynd development which was once also home to Gers striker Kris Boyd.
Kylie is expecting the couple's second child next month and the couple are relieved to have a new home in time for the birth.
The friend added: "Getting this house is a weight off Alan's mind. He can concentrate fully on playing for his new teamand looking forward to the new arrival."
A spokesman for estate agents Statons said: "He has been looking at a number of our properties including this one but it would be inappropriate to comment further."
