Leaked police report exposes the truth about the hookers and drugs
A LEADING politician sat on a Government sex industry think tank while high on crack supplied by hookers, leaked police reports reveal.
In interview transcripts obtained by the Sunday Mail, Lib Dem Raymond Hutcheon reveals he was also smoking cocaine rocks while he was a member of Aberdeen Council's Standards and Scrutiny committee.
Hutcheon, a councillor for 22 years, hit the headlines after he admitted moving a hooker into his home.
The house was searched by police probing the murder of drug dealer Bob Mair.
A leaked police report details how Hutcheon:
Had affairs with at least four prostitutes.
Gave the girls cash to buy him crack.
Regularly smoked the drug and took Viagra.
Loaned one of the girls money to buy drugs for clients.
After taking crack he chaired Aberdeen City Council's licensing committee and was appointed to a Holyrood policy unit investigating lap dancing and sex shops.
Healso sat on Grampian Joint Police Board and other sub-committees, including one on drugs and alcohol.
Speaking about heroin-addicted prostitute Nicola Stewart, he tells officers: "On our initial meeting I secured her services as a prostitute."
Hutcheon met Stewart in 2002 after a split with his wife. Following the split, he started taking Viagra.
His affair with Nicola ended after six months and he picked up a hooker called Vicky Sneddon.
He eventually moved her into his house. He told police: "She introduced me to crack cocaine."
In 2005 he picked up prostitute Kerry Stirton in Aberdeen's harbour area. He said: "Kerry was a crack abuser and sourced crack for her and me. I gave her money for crack every few days, about s50 to s100 per time."
He was also seeing a fourth vice girl, Marie Black. He told police: "She also supplied me with crack cocaine.
"She has performed oral sex on me in her capacity as a prostitute.
"I have had irregular contact with Marie because I felt she was ripping me off, occasionally bringing pieces of soap instead of the real thing."
Through Black, Hutcheon was involved in the probe into the killing of Bob Mair, 57. Black's ex-boyfriend, Derek Carswell, was convicted of the murder of Mair, whoowed him money.
At the High Court at Edinburgh in September, Carswell, 40, was ordered to serve at least 16 years in prison.
Hutcheon resigned earlier this year for 'personal reasons' after police searched his garden.
A spokesman for the Liberal Democrats confirmed that Hutcheon was no longer a member of the party.
He added: "His private life is a matter for him and we have no further comment to make."
Hutcheon did not return our calls.
