Scots Close In On Euro Dream
180min From Euro Finals Scotland 3 Ukraine 1
SCOTLAND goal hero James McFadden scored the third clinching goal to secure victory over Ukraine at Hampden yesterday.
The 3-1 win means Alex McLeish's team are just 180 minutes away from realising their dream - a place at the Euro finals in Austria and Switzerland next summer.
McLeish, left, said: "I'm so proud of them all."
Scotland are now odds-on to qualify - despite facing World Cup winners Italy and runners-up France in the group of death.
