COMIC book king Mark Millar has revealed his secret role in Hollywood blockbuster Iron Man.
The Scots Marvel comics writer was hired as a script consultant on the blockbuster which took a record £100million at the box office on its opening weekend.
The action movie stars reformed hell-raiser Robert Downey Jnr as ruthless Tony Stark and a sequel has already been given the go-ahead.
Glasgow-based Millar, 39, one of the world's top comic book writers, was invited on set in California. He said: "I got a call from director Jon Favreau out of the blue to fly out to do a little script consultancy. "It was thrilling."
