TV BOSSES are worried Billie Piper's baby bump may scupper a second series of her sexy hit show.

Pals said yesterday the actress and her husband Laurence Fox, 29, are celebrating after doctors confirmed her pregnancy.

But producers of ITV series Secret Diary Of A Call Girl fear her pregnancy might force changes to the script and shooting schedule.

The 25-year-old star is about to start filming the second series of the popular show, to be screened later this year.

A source said: "Everyone is delighted for Billie but she's on holiday in Mauritius and nobody's had a chance to speak to her.

"The show involves her running about with not much on so they might have to reschedule shooting to hide her bump.

"But they're confident of making it work."
