Colin and Justin give us their top five purchases found through the Sunday Mail Cashback website.

MACBOOK AIR LAPTOP

First stop was the Apple Store GB. Festive offers include free iPod engraving and free shipping on orders over £78 (including VAT and discounts). We wanted the Macbook Air laptop. This sleek notebook offers a fullsize keyboard, 13.3in widescreen backlit LED display and 1.6 or 1.86 GHz processor from £1299. With one per cent cashback (hit it Carol Vorderman) that's £12.99 we've banked.

USB VHS CONVERTER

We're stuck with a pile of video tapes with clips we can't watch - us on Rochard & Judy, This Morning and our triumphant win as Robson and Jerome on Celebrity Start In Their Eyes. Thankfully, Firebox has the answer. Their latest innovation is the USB VHS Converter. This is a simple plug and play box that lets you convert bulky old VHS videotapes into digital files on your home computer - £149.95 from Firebox. A great way to de-clutter your homes and clutter up your bank account - with five per cent cashback, it earned us a tidy £7.49.

GATSBY DRINKS CABINET

gatsby

No festive period is complete without a drinks cabinet - and the Gatsby mirrored model is everything that's great about home entertaining. The Gatsby costs £600 (with 3.5 per cent cashback, that's £21 in the bank to help stock up) and is just one of the many fabulous home items available from Laura Ashley.

BOSE PORTABLE DOCK

bose

With 1.5 per cent cah back on Bose goods, there's no better time to hear how good they are. We love the £299 Portable Sounddock - a super sound speaker on to which your iPod docks to engage an unbelievable level of aural delight from such a compact speaker. And now that it's rechargeable and portable, you can enhoy the acclaimed SoundDock performance almost anywhere. With an extra cable, you can hook it up to your computer for YouTube so all your favourite sites will sound better than ever. And £4.48 cashback is music to our ears.

This tall, contemporary lamp has a chrome finish, two ball stem resting on a wooden block base and the smare black square shade is included in the £24 sale price (with 2.5 per cent cash back).
