Busy mum is selected to be Heart of Scotland's first blogger

MUM Pamela Lowry has joined our Heart of Scotland blog - to help get the egg and spoon race into the Olympics.

Pamela, of Powmill, Clackmannanshire, was inspired by her children's school sports day.

She is one of scores of readers who got in touch after we appealed for bloggers to sign up on our website.

Pamela, 31, mum to Isaac, seven, Iona, four, and Caitlin, two, said: "It'll be my first time blogging. I can't wait to start.

"My life pretty much stopped when I had my first kid seven years ago and it's only now I'm entering the world of blogging thanks to the Sunday Mail."

From the Highlands to the Borders, we want to hear about your passions and pet hates to build a bank of blogs to share with readers across the globe.

Don't worry if you're not a computer expert.

We will advise you how to blog - short for web log - before our pages go live this summer. If you write a blog and want it featured on our site, get in touch.
