MARVIN
This 12-year-old cavalier King Charles spaniel lives with Margaret and Robert Cairns in Stepps, near Glasgow.
Where did you get him?
From a breeder in Bearsden, near Glasgow.
What does he eat?
He only likes cooked chicken and biscuits.
Where is his name from?
It's a shortened version of his posh pedigree name, Marvin's Magic Touch.
What does he like doing?
He loves to go for long walks in the countryside, where he chases deer.
How does he behave around people?
He is a very friendly dog and loves everyone - except the postman.
What's the oddest thing he has done?
He runs under my daughter's great Dane as it wees for a shower.
MISTY
This 12-month-old cat - who has just had four kittens - lives with Anita Friel in Clydebank.
Where did you get her?
She is my older cat's kitten.
What does she eat?
She loves Whiskas cat food, biscuits, cold meat and anything sweet.
Where is her name from?
We called her after my cousin who lives in America.
It also suits her because she's a misty grey colour.
What does she like doing?
She loves being around people and playing outside.
How does she behave around people?
She likes snuggling up to you and popping her head back so you'll rub under her chin.
What's the oddest thing she has done?
She jumps up and taps the living room window to let you know when she wants inside.
ABBI
This one-year-old blue roan cocker spaniel lives with Bill and Allison in Lockerbie, Dumfriesshire.
Where did you get her?
From a breeder in Edinburgh.
What does she eat?
Hi Life Complete dry food and she likes tea at breakfast.
Where is her name from?
She was a present to ourselves for our anniversary and both our birthdays. So it was A for anniversary and double B for birthdays.
What does she like doing?
Going for walks, playing and digging up the back garden. She also likes to look out of the front window - the neighbours and the postie all wave at her.
How does she behave around people?
She is timid at first but loving once she knows you.
What's the oddest thing she has done?
When anyone sneezes she jumps up to give them a caring cuddle.
FUDGE
This one-year-old mini lop rabbit lives with 13-year-old Rachel Ferrie and her parents in Ardrossan, Ayrshire.
Where did you get him?
From Acorn Pet Centre in Irvine, Ayrshire.
What does he eat?
Tesco rabbit food, apples, grapes, green leaves, rabbit chocolate and yoghurt drops. He'll eat anything, including carnations and rhubarb leaves.
Where is his name from?
From his brown colouring and it seemed to suit him.
What does he like doing?
Eating, sleeping, running like crazy and playing peek-aboo with his towel.
How does he behave around people?
He is an attention seeker. He will run around your ankles, head-butt you then run away hoping you will chase him. If you stroke him he will lick you back.
What's the oddest thing he has done?
He once got on to my trampoline and started to run around.
