BOBBY
This two-and-a-half-year-old dog lives in Dundee with Amanda Brown, her partner Martin and baby son John.
Where did you get him?
From a breeder in Padanaram, near Forfar. He was a present from Martin.
What does he eat?
Anything; he's not fussy.
Where is the name from?
When I knew I was getting a dog, I picked the name Bobby Brown. It sounds good.
What does he like doing?
Long walks in the country, which we do every week when I visit my parents.
How does he behave around people?
He loves attention and is very well known in the Hilltown area of Dundee. People are always stopping and asking about him.
What's the oddest thing he has done?
The first time I had to leave him on his own he decided to demolish a book - aptly it was Misery by Stephen King.
CHARLIE
This four-and-a-half-year-old Yorkshire terrier lives with Stewart and Maryanne Fleming in Clydebank.
Where did you get him?
From a breeder in Ayrshire.
What does he eat?
Anything really but his particular favourite is chicken.
Where is the name from?
He's named after the actor Charlie Sheen.
What does he like doing?
Staring out of the window and chasing the birds from the garden.
How does he behave around people?
He loves old ladies but he can be a wee bit shy with men he doesn't know. I feel sorry for our postman - Charlie seems to hate him with a passion but I don't know why.
What's the oddest thing he has done?
When he was a pup he would chew on everything - we lost money, wires, shoes. But his piece de resistance was when he chewed my false teeth.
CUDDLES
This two-year-old rabbit lives with Lora Addison and her parents Tammy and Derek in Millerston, Glasgow.
Where did you get him?
From the Cardonald Rescue Centre.
What does he eat?
His favourite food is melon but he also likes pellets, broccoli, hay, carrots and apples.
Where is the name from?
He was called Cuddles when we got him. It suited him so we kept it.
What does he like doing?
Playing in the garden - he loves to run around - and he also spends a lot of his time sleeping and eating.
How does he behave around people?
He's quite good with them really. He has a good sniff around at strangers until they clap him.
What's the oddest thing he has done?
He jumped on top of a plant pot that had just had soil put in it.
MIRREN
This three-year-old collie lives with May Allen in Paisley.
Where did you get him?
From a private seller in Ayrshire. He was a surprise birthday present from my son and daughter-in-law.
What does he eat?
Absolutely everything. Any type of dog meat plus whatever he can steal. He's even been known to scoff cat food.
Where is the name from?
He's called after my local football team St Mirren.
What does he like doing?
He has lots of energy and really enjoys long walks and to go to the park.
How does he behave around people?
He loves people and is very good with my five grandsons. They all love him and enjoy making a fuss of him.
What's the oddest thing he has done?
He barks when the phone rings and if you are in the garden he will come to get you and bark until you answer it. He's like my personal answering service.
