A ROGUE landlord who caused 20 tenants to be evicted after defaulting on his mortgages was paid to advise budding property investors.
Jason Baulk, 37, rented out 12 homes in a trendy development near Ocean Terminal in Leith, Edinburgh - including one to Hibs footballer Clayton Donaldson and girlfriend Pippa Fulton.
But he defaulted and tenants were forced out just before Christmas. Edinburghbased property dealer Alan Henderson, 43, claims Baulk still owes him £30,000 fees for sourcing flats for him. He went to one of Baulk's seminars in London to demand the money back.
Baulk has been working for Inside Track, who hold workshops for investors.
Mr Henderson said: "It's unbelievable he offers advice on property investment - talk about hypocritical."
After being contacted by the Sunday Mail, an Inside Track spokesman said: "Mr Baulk used to work as a consultant for us but we shall now be suspending him indefinitely."
Baulk was unavailable for comment.
