MY dad remarried and I have two stepbrothers. Can you tell me if they have any claim on his estate when he dies?

STEPCHILDREN have no legal claim on the estate of their step-parent unless there is a will which specifically provides for them. Where there is no will, only blood relatives are entitled to inherit, in a specified order.
