MY neighbour has three dogs which bark all day, driving me mad. I got nowhere with the police. What can I do?

FIRST ask your lawyer to write to her, which may shock her into doing something. If not, consider court action but first keep a diary and tape recordings showing the frequency of the disturbance, to be used in evidence.
