Firm want cash back

I RECEIVED a payout on an insurance policy but it seems the firm overpaid me by mistake and want the money back. Do I have to pay?

YOU do, as the money was sent in error. If you don't return the cash, it is classed as unjustified enrichment and the company can take action against you.
