WHEN my dad died, he left the residue of his estate to me in his will. I expected £30,000 but I only got £10. My stepmother has taken the lot. What can I do?

NOTHING. It appears your dad gave the £30,000 to his wife as a gift. The only asset you are entitled to is his share of the joint bank account less his funeral and your legal costs.
