WHEN my dad died everything was to be divided between his children but I received nothing. I am not in touch with my siblings. How do I make a claim?

IF you do not know which firm dealt with the matter or who the executor was, ask the clerk at your local Sheriff Court to check records to find out who applied to be executor.
