WINDOW pests Weatherseal have been rapped by watchdogs for cold calling customers - three weeks after I exposed them.

I told how stroke victim Tom McLellan was pushed into buying double glazing costing £7800.

An enforcement notice has now been issued by The Information Commissioner's Office warning Weatherseal not to carry out unsolicited marketing or they risk being taken to court.

Mike Gorrill of the ICO said: "We will not hesitate to use our full enforcement powers."
