I win order of the bath

DAD-OF-TWO Alan Russell was bubbling with rage after he splashed out £5000 on a leaky garden hot tub.

Alan and his family have yet to enjoy the San Francisco spa which was delivered to their home in Darvel, Ayrshire, in April. Staffordshire firm SpaServe failed to fix it and refused to refund their cash - until I stepped in last week.

Alan, 46, said: "I phoned, sent recorded delivery letters and went to Trading Standards but got nowhere."

Fireman Alan and wife Christine, 43, spotted Spa Serve on the internet. They paid a £500 deposit by credit card and the rest by cheque. I got on to the firm and they offered an upgraded hot tub to be delivered in a few weeks.

Alan, dad to Daniel, 10, and Gillian, 15, said: "Thanks for getting things moving."

That's what I'm here for.
