Can I claim my bonus?

I LEFT my job after four years and was due an annual bonus three days later but did not receive it. It was based on previous months' work. Surely I am entitled to it?

IT depends on whether you knew the terms of the scheme prior to your resignation. If you were not told, you may have a claim.
