My brothers are cutting me out

I MOVED to Canada 20 years ago but my family in Scotland will not speak to me. When my mum and dad died my brothers didn't get in touch and I only found out months later. They say I am not entitled to a penny. But do I have a claim on mum's and dad's estates?
