Boys will have say

MY grandsons live with me after my daughter was declared an unfit mother. If the case goes to court will their opinions be taken into account as they do not want to go home.

IF the judge feels the boys understand the situation, their opinions will be considered. As they are under 16 they can use a video link to the court.
