CHRIS HAMPTON, who runs Wrexham-based SafeandSecure 24 Ltd with partner Justine Hayhurst, said: "Sean Doogan has been an independent distributor of our products for six years with no problems.

"But if he is bringing our company into disrepute in any way I will look into it.

"Our recommended price for the alarm console is £665 which I believe is not overpriced.

"Our monitoring station can tell why an alarm is going off - fire, medical, intruder or panic."
