I TOOK out a £7000 loan and bought goods on my credit card for a friend. She signed an agreement to pay me back but has failed to do so. Can I take legal action against her?

AS the debt is over £3000 you will have to contact a lawyer as you cannot go to the small claims court. Success will depend on the agreement you both signed.
