Can Firm Bump Up Their Quote?

A REMOVAL firm demanded £100 above the written quote they gave me to shift items from my garage. Are they able to do this?

UNLESS the written agreement states the firm can change the price at the last minute they are in breach of contract. Refuse to pay or if you have already, recover the £100 via the small claims court.
