MY BOSSES at a building firm kept three per cent of my weekly wage. Since I left a year ago they have refused to pay it back. They owe me £840 - what can I do?

NOT a lot as any claim is time-barred. You should have raised the matter at an employment tribunal within three months of the last deduction from your wages.
