Q I DON'T like one of the five managers at work. She has taken a dislike to me, is unfriendly and always making snide remarks.

A YOU could speak to her, pointing out examples of her inappropriate behaviour. If she is victimising you unfairly speak to the person in charge of human resources and write a letter of grievance to make a formal complaint.
