EMPLOYERS across the country are bracing themselves for staff unrest after the launch of a website that exposes worker salaries.

Website Glassdoor.com is set to add wages of thousands of UK workers to its database which contains 50,000 entries from 800 countries.

Chief executive Robert Hohman said: "People don't talk enough about how they can be more valuable. This should help. Knowledge is power."
