Big Growth At Garden Centres

Message Board

GARDEN centre company Dobbies aim to create almost 250 jobs in four years under plans by new owners Tesco.

New recruits will work at the firm's HQ in Lasswade, Midlothian.

They plan to set up 100 new centres across the UK and expect to generate thousands more jobs if sales targets are met.

Dobbies bosses say they are aiming to buy or open a new outlet every five to six weeks.
