THE Scottish jobs market continues to resist the credit crunch, says the Bank of Scotland.

The group's Labour Market Report showed that despite a slight dip in the rate of jobs growth in May, employment levels remained unchanged over the past three months.

Demand for nursing and medical workers was strongest and the drive for staff in general continued to outstrip the rest of the UK.
