Message Board: 300 On Call At Supermarket

SUPERMARKET giants Tesco are bringing 300 call centre jobs to Dundee.

The firm are expanding operations at their call centre after taking more than 10 million calls last year.

Bosses expect the number of customer service enquiries to increase to 17 million in 2008.

Tesco said: "As our business grows, so do the standards of service our customers expect from us."
