Q I SWEAT a lot and have tried every deodorant I know but still smell. Help.
A IT is best to treat excessive perspiration (hyperhidrosis) from within. Take 20 drops of Menosan (sage) in a little water three times daily before meals.
Q I HAVE bad hayfever. Antihistamines help dry me up but not for long.
A BUILDING up your immune system is the best line of defence, so start Harpagophytum, 10 drops twice daily before meals. After food, take 15 drops of A. Vogel's Luffa Complex, for the runny nose and eyes. It comes in a spray. Take both until the pollen count drops.
Q FOR the menopause I decided against HRT. I take Phytogen which I find great. Does it protect me from osteoporosis?
A NO. Soya replacement requires you to also use a calcium supplement. Try combination homoeopathic preparation, Urticalcin.
Use long-term at a dose of five tablets twice daily, dissolved slowly under the tongue before swallowing.
Q MY coldsores are just as bad in summer as winter. Why is this?
A COLDSORES can worsen in the sun. Use a good B-complex, one tablet daily with main meal. When the blemish is there, 4-5 times daily rub in Bio-Propolis ointment.
