One of my favourite ways to use flavoured butter is to cook corn on the cob that still has the husk on. Peel back the husk and place pieces of flavoured butter over the corn. Replace the husk and securely tie with some of the silky threads from the corn before cooking on the barbecue. The husk protects it during the cooking and seals in all the flavours. Then peel back the husk and enjoy.
