Make tomato sauce for your spaghetti by frying a small, chopped onion and two cloves of crushed garlic in olive oil until soft.
Add a splash of white wine, splash of white wine vinegar and a teaspoon of sugar and cook for a minute. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. When the sauce is thick, add a handful of fresh coriander and serve.
